1.Why am I having trouble logging in?
Be sure you have the correct log in email and password. If you are still having trouble logging in you will need to try clearing your cookies and cache. To do this click on the Tools button located at the top of you browser and click on private data. Select you cookies and cache to be cleared.
2. How many coins do I earn for playing games?Each game is different and MB Coins earned will vary depending on points/score earned. The amount of Coins awarded for playing Games is set at MadeBig's discretion and may be subject to change at any time without notice.
3. What is the Coin LeaderBoard?Viewing the Coin LeaderBoard will show where you stand in Coin earnings compared to other MadeBig users. You can view different games by today, weekly and all time. The Top 5 high scores each week as of Sunday Midnight (mst) will receive a 20,000 MB Coin Bonus. Each week the Board will be cleared and you will have a new opportunity to be in this weeks top 5 to win 20,000 Coins.
You can also see how you compare to users on your friend list by clicking My Friends at the top of each leader board.
4. What is the Score LeaderBoard?Viewing the Score LeaderBoard will show the high scores for different games by today, weekly or all time. The scores displayed in this leader board are a one time high score. Scores do not add up or accumulate. The Top 5 high scores each week as of Sunday Midnight (mst) will receive a 20,000 MB Coin Bonus. Each week the Board will be cleared and you will have a new opportunity to be in this weeks top 5 to win 20,000 Coins.

5. What are the different colored stars on the LeaderBoards?Scrolling your mouse over each star will show the coin bracket each user is in from playing games on MadeBig.
Red= More than 100,000 MB Coins earned.
Blue= 10,000 - 99,000 MB Coins earned.
Green= Less than 10,000 MB Coins earned.
6. What are the Trophies and how do I earn them?If you have placed in the Top 5 for a week for either coins or high scores, you will be awarded a trophy that will display next to your name on the LeaderBoard.
7. When do I receive my Coins for selling an item in the MarketExchange?
When your item is purchased the Coins will be removed from the buyers account and held by MadeBig for up to 30 – 35 days. Upon receiving the item the buyer must log into their My MarketExchange and click "Yes" to indicate that they have received this item. Coins will then be released to your account. If the buyer does not receive this item they may click "No" and request a refund. If the buyer never confirms the purchase, the Coins will be released in your account after the 35th day.
8. What do I do when I receive the item I purchased in the MarketExchange? When you receive the item you must log into MadeBig and click on My Account, My MarketExchange and Summary. Locate the item you have received and click Yes. You will then be directed to the item listing page to confirm. After confirming you have received the item you will then be prompted to leave the seller feedback regarding this item.
What if the item is never received or the buyer is dissatisfied?If the buyer does not receive the item purchased they may file a refund request between 30-35 days. A seller may file a refund for an item anytime between 0-60 days. When a buyer files a refund for an item they have not received the seller will receive an email with the refund link. Sellers will need to approve or deny the refund request. If a seller does not approve or deny a refund within 7 days the refund will be automatically denied. If a seller files a refund it will be automatically approved with in 3 days.
To request a refund:
1. Log into MadeBig
2. Click on My Account at the top of the page
3. Click on My MarketExchange
4. Click on History
5. Locate the item you wish to request a refund for and click on the Offer Refund link.
•If it is an item you have sold the Refund link will only be visible between 0-60 days.
•If it’s within 30-35 days after date of purchase and there is not a Refund link visible, this means the Buyer has already requested a refund.
6. Complete the Refund form for this item with the correct information.
If you are a seller and the buyer has requested a refund, it is at your discretion to approve or deny the request. Please be aware that a buyer may provide feedback on the transaction at any point, even if you choose to deny their refund request. However, Sellers may leave a rebuttal to a buyer’s feedback.
9. What is Pick Up Only in the MarketExchange?
If you are listing an item that you do not want to ship you must click on the Pick Up Only check box and enter the city and state where the item is located.
If you are a buyer be sure to review this information when purchasing an item as a seller will not ship this item and it is your responsibility to pick this item up. You will enter a note when purchasing an item as to how the seller can contact you to schedule a pick up date and time.
After purchasing this item the seller and buyer can contact each other via Ask a Seller/Buyer a question in My MarketExchange under History.

MB Coins are the currency of MadeBig. To see how many Coins you have earned click on My Account and go to the Summary this will display a list of your recent Coin earnings. To see a more detailed list, go to the Coin Activity link in My Account. To earn more Coins you can sell items in the MarketExchange or by playing the MB Games. You can spend the Coins you earn purchasing items in the MarketExchange.
