When do I receive my Tokens?
Tokens for completing the offer will be credited to your account after full completion of the offer as a indicated in the notes section of the offer.
Do all members see the same offers?
No, some offers may be specific to you and or your area.
How long will an offer be available to me?
The length of time an offer is available will be indicated on the offer. Some offers will be available longer than others.
What should I do if I do not receive my Tokens?
If you do not receive Tokens please check that you have in fact completed the offer in its entirety as specified. If the offer has been completed in its entirety please email
customerservice@madebig.com and attach the email confirmation you received upon completion of that specific offer.
How do I comment and share feedback for other members regarding Deals?
Are you in the know about the Big Deal? Now you can keep everyone in the loop! Post a comment on an offer in the Big Deal - what you loved, your experience, advice for future buyers, etc. - share your story with everyone on MadeBig! To post a comment click on Comments link at the bottom of The Big Deal gadget on your Home page. Enter in your comments in the comment box below the existing comments and click Post.

How many MB Coins do I earn for participating in an Offer or Shopping
The amount of MB Coins earned is unique per offer and will be displayed on The Big Deal gadget on your Home page.
When will I receive my Coins for accepting an Offer?
Coins for completing the offer will be credited to your account after full completion of the offer as a indicated in the To Complete This Offer section of the offer.

How long will an offer be available to me?
The length of time an offer is available will be indicated on the offer. Some offers will be available longer than others.
How do I check the status of an offer?
To check the status of offers you have taken click on the Check Status of My Offers link at the bottom of the Offers page. You will be directed to a page displaying the status of offers you have taken.
What if I have questions about an offer?
All questions regarding shopping and offers must be directed to the appropriate party and are not handled through MadeBig. To request information regarding an offer click on Check Status of My Offers at the bottom of the offer page. You will then be directed to a page showing all your offers, click on the blue question mark to send an email regarding this offer to the appropriate party.
What if I do not receive my MB Coins?
If you do not receive coins please check that you have in fact completed the offer in its entirety as specified. If the offer has been completed in its entirety please email the appropriate party by clicking on Check the Status of My Offers link at the bottom of the Offers page. Locate the offer in question and click on the blue question mark.
When taking a Shopping offer do I have to spend the whole amount?
No, MadeBig has broken down the amounts showing how many coins you will hear for each dollar amount.
