My Account

What can I find in My Account?
My Account is where you can keep track of your actions on the MadeBig site as well as manage settings and information related to your account. More specifically, My Account is where you can edit your profile, view and change your account settings, view and change your privacy settings, view your Token activity and keep track of what’s going on with your account in the MarketExchange.

What is the Summary on the My Account homepage?
There are two gadgets right now in the Summary page – one for Tokens and one for the MarketExchange. These gadgets show you the most recent Token credit and debits as well as your active items in the MarketExchange.

Where can I make changes to my Profile?
Just click on the Edit Profile link. For more information, take a look at the Profile FAQ.

What are my Account Settings?
Your Account Settings include your primary e-mail address, your name, your password and your Region.

What is my primary e-mail?
MadeBig sends important email notifications to your primary e-mail address. It is important to keep this information current and correct. To edit your primary e-mail information, click on the Change my E-mail Address link. Don’t forget that you will confirm your e-mail address every time you change it.

What is a full name?
We want to know YOU, so we ask that all our members enter their real name during registration. If at some point (for instance, you get married) you want to change your name, you can do so by clicking the Change Full Name link.

How do I change my password?
It is important to keep your password private. Should you need to change your password you may do so by clicking on the Change Password link to change your password. Please keep in mind that passwords must be 6 to 12 characters. If your password has been compromised please contact us at customerservice@madebig.com and change your password immediately.

What is a Region and how do I change it?

How can I set my Privacy Settings?
You can change your Privacy Settings in My Account by clicking on the Privacy link and selecting the settings you are comfortable with. For more information about your Privacy, take a look at the MadeBig Privacy Policy, the Privacy Settings FAQ and the MadeBig Safety Guidelines.

What is my Token Activity?
This is where you can track all credits and debits of Tokens for actions on MadeBig. For instance, any Tokens that you earn from playing in the Game Arena will appear here. You can see the date and time when the transaction took place, how many Tokens were earned or spent and the action that resulted in the credit or debit.

What is My MarketExchange?
This is the area where you can track all of your activity in the MarketExchange. My MarketExchange includes a summary, your MarketExchange history, your Feedback and your addresses. For more information about the MarketExchange, please read the MarketExchange FAQ.

What is the MarketExchange Summary?
The MarketExchange Summary shows you your current Active listings that you have posted in the MarketExchange as well as your Inactive listings (those that have expired). You can see the item name, the item image, the date you listed/created the item and the amount of Tokens you are selling the item for (if Active) or the Re-List option (if Inactive) in the MarketExchange Summary.

You can also Edit or Inactivate your Active listings from the MarketExchange Summary. Just click the Edit link if you want to change anything (picture, price, description, etc.) about the item. Or if something happens and you're not quite ready to sell the item yet, just Inactivate it for now. Inactivating an item will just move it to your Inactive Listings where you can list it again at any time or delete it completely from the site.

What is the MarketExchange History?
This area shows you all of the items you have purchased or sold in the MarketExchange. If you have sold an item, you can see all of the relevant information about the item right here: picture of the item, item name, date you listed the item, date the item sold, the amount of Tokens you earned for selling the item, the name of the buyer and the buyer’s address (if it was a National item) or contact information (if it was a Pick Up Only item).

If you have purchased an item, you can see the information you need to know about the item here as well: picture of the item, item name, date you bought the item, the amount of Tokens you spent on the item, the seller’s name and the option to leave Feedback for the seller.

What is My Feedback in My MarketExchange?
Every time there is a sale in the MarketExchange, MadeBig allows the buyer to leave feedback about the transaction as well as the seller. If you are the buyer, you can leave feedback at any time. To do so, just click the Leave Feedback link next to the item information in Purchased Items. You will have the opportunity to answer some questions about the sale (which gives the seller a rating) as well as leave additional comments about the seller or the transaction.

If you are the seller, you will not be able to leave feedback for a transaction unless the buyer has done so first. Once the buyer leaves feedback, you have the option of writing a short response based on what they left for you. You will have the opportunity to write your response by clicking on the Leave Response link under Feedback I’ve Received.

Please keep in mind that whenever you leave feedback, whether as a buyer or a seller, these comments are PERMANENT and will NOT be deleted or modified.

What are Notifications?
MadeBig allows you to receive notifications whenever actions take place that involve you. You can have these notifications sent directly to your e-mail address by checking the boxes below that you wish to receive emails for. Remember you will always receive notifications on your Home page as well.
