1.Why am I having trouble logging in?
Be sure you have the correct log in email and password. If you are still having trouble logging in you will need to try clearing your cookies and cache. To do this click on the Tools button located at the top of you browser and click on private data. Select you cookies and cache to be cleared.
2. What is GiveBig?
GiveBig is a place where anyone can make a difference and help to make the world a better place! GiveBig resides on the MadeBig.com website and is open to the public; however, to participate in GiveBig you must be a member of the MadeBig site.
3. How do I Pledge?
To pledge for a Cause click on the Pledge Now button. Type in the number of Pledges you would like to give to this specific cause. When you start typing the auto calculator will show you the total number of Tokens to be dibited from your account for your Pledge. 1 Pledge = 25 MB Tokens.
4. How often can I Pledge?
As a registered user of MadeBig you may Pledge as many times as you would like for a cause.
5. How can I buy Tokens?
Members can buy tokens buy clicking on the Earn Tokens tab at the top of the page. Select the amount of Tokens you would like to purchase and enter your credit information.
7. Where can I see my Token purchases I have made?
To view the Tokens you have purchased click on Token Purchases in My Account.
8. Where can I see how many Tokens were deducted from My Account?
To view the number of Tokens deducted from your account for Pledges and purchasing items in the MarketExchange, click on Profile and My Account. By clicking on Token Summary you can see a detailed list of all Tokens credited and debited from your Account.
9. How do I earn Tokens to make Pledges to a Cause?

10. How many Causes can I Pledge Support for?
So long as you have enough Tokens in your account (remember that 1 Pledge = 25 Tokens) you may Pledge Support for as many Causes and as many times as you wish.
11. What is the GiveBig Shout Out?
The Shout Out is an open discussion for group members.
12. What is the GiveBig Forum?
The Group Forum is a threaded conversation for specific topics. Here on the Forum Group members can create a new topic for discussion or give a response to an existing topic. The Forum is not private, all members of the Group and other users can view these topics.
13. How do I post a link on my GiveBig page?
Posting links is easy! All you have to do is go to the web site that you want to post, copy that web site’s URL and paste it in your Post a Link gadget. Click the Post a Link button and you’ll be directed to the Post a Link form. Here can you change the title and description of the link as well as add your comments and choose what image you want to see with this link. Verify all this information is correct, click Submit and you’re done! You can do this in both your Profile page and Groups. Click here for more information on Posting Links
14. Why am I not receiving Tokens when playing games?
If you are not receiving Tokens when playing games please try the following suggestions:
1. Clear your cookies and cache, this is especially true if your computer is used by other MadeBig members. Your computer may show your log in information but may retain a previous log in and award Tokens to that account.
2. When playing games your session may time out, be sure your game end page does not show the log in link to ensure you are still logged in.
