How many Tokens do I earn for playing games?Each game is different and Tokens earned will vary depending on points/score earned. The amount of Tokens awarded for playing Games is set at MadeBig's discretion and may be subject to change at any time without notice.
How do I check my Tokens?To view the Tokens you have earned click on My Account and then click Token Activity. This page gives a detailed list of credits and debits to your account.
Click here for more information regarding Tokens.Why am I not able to play the games?To play the games in the Game Arena you must have the most current version of Adobe Flash Player. You must also enable pop ups on your computer as the games do open a new browser window to be played.
Where can I use my Tokens earned while playing in the Game Arena?Registered members may use their Tokens to give pledges to a Cause on GiveBig. Registered users of the site may also use their Tokens in the MarketExchange. The MarketExchange does not accept any type of currency other than Tokens. For more information regarding the
MarketExchange click here.When do I see how many Tokens I've earned for playing a game?At the end of every game the page will tell you how many points and how many Tokens you earned. Token winnings are based upon the number of points you earned. However these amounts are different. The number of Tokens you won for a game will appear in yellow below your points for that game.
What if I start playing a game and my MadeBig session times out or I forgot to log in before playing?Don't worry, at the end of the game you will be prompted to log-in in order to keep your Tokens earned.
What are the LeaderBoards?Each game page will disply a Token and Score leaderboard. Want more information and see how you compare to your friends and other MadeBig users click on LeaderBoards link at the top of the Games pages.
What is the Token LeaderBoard?Viewing the Token LeaderBoard will show where you stand in Token earnings compared to other MadeBig users. You can view different games by today, weekly and all time. The Top 5 high scores each week as of Sunday Midnight (mst) will receive a 200 Token Bonus. Each week the Board will be cleared and you will have a new opportunity to be in this weeks top 5 to win 200 Tokens.

What are the different colored stars on the LeaderBoards?Scrolling your mouse over each star will show the coin bracket each user is in from playing games on MadeBig.
Red= More than 10,000 Tokens earned.
Blue= 1,001-9,999 Tokens earned.
Green= Less than 1000 Tokens earned.
What are the Trophies and how do I earn them?If you have placed in the Top 5 for a week for either Tokens or high scores, you will be awarded a trophy that will display next to your name on the LeaderBoard.
What and where is My DashBoard?To view your DashBoard go to the Game Arena and click on DashBoard at the top of the page. Here you will see your Challenge History, Game Trophies and your Favorite Games and how you rank with your friends and the rest of MadeBig. You can also visit other MadeBig members Dashboards and see their history, game trophies, invite them to be a friend and see their favorite games.
How do I challenge my friends to a game?Choose a game of your choice and play the game. When the game is finished click on Challenge and choose the friends you would like to challenge. Challenges may also be sent to email addresses if you would like to challenge a friend who is not yet on MadeBig. Your friends will then receive a notification and or email with the link to the game challenge.
Don’t forget to check your challenge history to see who won!
How do I know when I have been challenged to a game?You will receive an email containing a link to play that game. If you have opted to not receive these emails in the Notification section of your My Account you will not receive an email. You will always receive Notifications on your Home page when you are challenged to a game. If you play the challenge from your email or from your notification and then try to play the challenge again you will receive a message saying You have already accepted this challenge and will not be allowed to play it again.
